Other Financial Aid Refunds

Any aid other than federal Title IV funds that results in a credit balance on a student’s account will be refunded to the student in accordance with applicable federal regulations, state requirements, and institutional policies. Such refunds will be processed within established timeframes following the creation of the credit balance.

The College maintains procedures to ensure that all credit balances are identified and resolved accurately, consistently, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
