Be creative
Put your talents to work in an exciting career.
Imagine designing the logo for a brand that will be known around the world. Or creating the cover design for the next number one album or book. Or developing the look of an app that will be used by a billion people. And the list goes on. What do they have in common? All of these projects are done by graphic designers.
Design is more than aesthetics—it's a process.
Great design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about turning ideas and research into thoughtful, effective design solutions. Behind every logo, website, or marketing campaign is a process of ideation, experimentation, and refinement. At Berkeley College, you’ll learn how to approach design by strategically balancing creativity with problem-solving to create work that not only looks great but also communicates, engages, and delivers results.
Your creative journey starts here!

Student Gallery
The Graphic Design program at Berkeley College prepares students for careers in visual communication, branding, digital media, motion design, and print production. Through project-based learning, students build a strong foundation in design principles, creative strategy, and software skills used across the industry.
This student gallery features portfolio-ready work created in courses that teach branding, publication design, packaging, and motion graphics. Projects reflect the program’s emphasis on concept development, technical execution, and real-world application. Students in their final year complete a Capstone project and professional portfolio that showcases their ability to solve design problems and communicate ideas visually.
Visual Identity & Branding
Through research, storytelling, and iterative sketching, students explore how to create visual systems that express a brand’s mission and connect with its audience. Projects span logo development, stationery, social assets, and packaging.
Motion & Illustration
Motion graphics and illustration projects challenge students to combine visual storytelling with timing, rhythm, and narrative clarity. Projects include animated logos, GIF loops, rotoscope animation, and personal illustrations.
Capstone Project & Portfolio Development
As a culmination of their academic journey, students in the BFA Graphic Design program complete a Capstone project that reflects their personal interests, research, and design focus. This final semester includes developing a portfolio that demonstrates a cohesive body of work, ready for presentation to employers, clients, or graduate programs.
Virtual Galleries in the Metaverse
In addition to the physical exhibit gallery at the Woodland Park campus, we also showcase curated student work in Metaverse galleries. These immersive exhibitions allow audiences to explore motion graphics, interactive experiences, and thematic installations in a 3D environment accessible from desktop, mobile, or VR headset.
Locations Offered
The Graphic Design BFA and AAS degree programs are offered by Berkeley College New Jersey and Berkeley College New York. The Graphic Design program courses are offered online and as identified in the Course Schedule for each semester.
