Carlton brings more than 44 years of experience as a corporate consultant to small businesses, and religious and nonprofit corporations. His diverse corporate and compliance consultation services span concept inception and formation, to corporate housekeeping, federal and multi-state organizational and asset compliance, director, trustee, and officer training, strategic planning, grant writing, conflict resolution, and real property management compliance to small and large international and domestic churches and their integrated auxiliaries, alumni associations, block associations, nursing associations, community arts groups, film and movie production companies, dance theaters, local development corporations, social clubs, title holding companies, and general charitable organizations where the Boards and Officers hail from or operate in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, and Africa.

Carlton is the Chief Compliance Officer to the Metro New York District Church of the Nazarene, providing compliance to the Diocese and for its approximately 200 local churches and real properties in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Concepcion is an Associate Attorney at Wong Fleming, P.C., a national law firm, concentrating her practice on litigation, employment and labor law, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. Formerly, as a senior paralegal and law clerk, she worked on several high-stakes matters, including the Lehman Brothers Securities Litigation, In re Apple Inc. Device Performance Litigation (“Batterygate”), In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, Cathode Ray Tube Price-Fixing Litigation, Lithium Ion Batteries Price-Fixing Litigation, In re Lumber Liquidators Chinese-Manufactured Flooring Products Litigation, Varsity All Star and Scholastic Cheer Market Price-Fixing Litigation, and the TikTok Content Moderation Litigation, among many others. As an attorney, she has worked on the Generics Pharmaceuticals Litigation, Nestle Bottled Water Litigation, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Anticompetitive Employment Litigation, among others, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses and requests, expert discovery, managing document review teams, and supporting witness preparation.

Concepcion is a proud alumna of Berkeley College, where she earned an ABA-approved Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies (2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies (2013). She later obtained her Master of Professional Studies in Paralegal Studies from The George Washington University (2015) and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School (2021).

Concepcion is committed to pro-bono initiatives that promote education equity.

Englert is widely recognized in the legal industry as a vital force in the management, administration, and growth of multi-office law practices. Her career accomplishments, spanning more than three decades, include the development of two of the largest law firms in New Jersey, each of which was a single-office, mid-sized law firm when she arrived. Under her recruiting leadership, Cole Shotz has grown into a seven-office, multi-state practice and has become an Am Law 200 firm.

In her role as Chief Human resources Officer, Englert is responsible for all general human resource functions, including professional and staff recruitment. She serves as Administrator of the Summer Associate Program. Along with the support of the Human Resources team, she coordinates legal practice assistant assignments and workload. She develops policies and employee handbooks and supervises employee benefit programs. She plans social events and training seminars for all employees, including compliance with Continuing Education requirements for attorneys.

During the quarantine resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Englert supervised the hiring of more than 90 attorneys and staff, which was completed entirely remotely. This was critical in enabling the firm to service and expand its clientele across its seven offices and to recruit lateral members nationwide with self-sustaining growing books of business.

Englert is well known as a thought leader in human resources and is the author of Leading the Legal Recruitment Team: A Recruitment Administrator’s Handbook, a must-read manual for legal recruiters. Long active in industry associations, she has been honored by her peers, having been elected to leadership positions in the Association of Legal Administrators, the National Association for Law Placement, and the Society for Human Resources Management.

With over 25 of experience as a paralegal, Fradman brings deep expertise in commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and financial services, with a primary focus on complex real estate transactions for institutional, commercial, and developer clients across a wide range of property types. She is an active member of the New York City Paralegal Association, serving on an executive board of directors, as Mentor Program Chairperson, and as CLE Chairperson. In addition to her extensive transactional work, she has developed and presented numerous CLE courses on real estate, UCCs, corporate recordkeeping, legal research and ethics. Fradman also serves as an adjunct instructor in an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program at Long Island University’s Brooklyn campus.
